ABOUT JAZZ FEST
GENERAL ADMISSION TO THE PUBLIC IS FREE. VIP TABLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.
Sit back for an evening of smooth and eclectic jazz under the stars on the green in Suwanee’s lovely Town Center. Local eateries, food trucks and vendors will be jazzing things up with some delish food, drinks and cocktails to go, setting an atmosphere for the perfect night out. The event is free, but you can purchase a table for six down front and elevate your evening with a VIP experience.

Donate food for 75 VIP members at the VIP Tent and save as a VIP Tent Sponsor! Food vendor set up can begin as early as 4:00 pm. VIP food sponsors will need their food ready for the VIP tent by 5:45 pm.

FOOD VENDOR GUIDELINES
NO GREASE is allowed in any food booth. Food vendors are expected to take extra care in handling and disposing of cooking fluids so as not to damage the surface of the ground beneath their booths. Those vendors who are not careful and cause environmental damage will be subject to a minimum $100 fee.
Self-contained mobile concessions (Food Trucks) are allowed in parking spaces or on concrete only. Food Trucks are not allowed in the park or on sidewalks. You may use grease, but should not drip or drain any cooking fluids on premises.
Ice must be disposed of on concrete or asphalt only. Do not dump ice in the grass. No Glass is allowed in the park. No glass soda or juice bottles can be sold.
Vehicles may not be driven on the grass, sidewalks, or brick areas at anytime. Violations may result in citations from the Suwanee Police Department.
No Staking of Tents or inflatable devices is allowed in the park. Tents and inflatables may be weighted with water barrels, sandbags, or other weight devices. Vendors should take extra precautions when weighing tents for tents must be secured for wind.
Tents cannot be tied to park light poles, trees, benches or other objects. No items should be hung, tied or attached to trees in the park.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity will be an additional $40 per outlet. Suwanee park offers 120 V outlets. YOU MUST BRING AT LEAST 100′ EXTENSION CORD. If you require more than two outlets or have unique power needs, please indicate in detail on the application or attach an additional sheet.
SELECTION PROCESS
Applicants will be selected by receipt of payment and then by type of food. SAC tries its best to not have redundancy. Applicants not accepted will receive their photos and refund of ALL Entry Fees via a check in the mail to the address on your application. Food Vendor Entry Fees and Application is Due by April 7th.
EQUIPMENT
Vendors must provide all of their own props and equipment including tents, tables, chairs, and extension cords. Vendors are responsible for cleanup in their area.
DESIGNATED SET UP
Food Vendors will be designated a space on a first come first serve basis according to location, size, specific needs, etc. All regular spaces are 12x12 feet for tents. Trucks/trailers will be parked on the street near the stage. Pushcarts are considered small (6x6) and can be placed in various areas throughout the park.
CANCELLATIONS
If Vendor cancels, Food Vendor Entry Fees are nonrefundable and the fees will be considered a donation to SAC.
FOOD VENDOR SPONSORS
A great way for brand recognition among our VIP Guest. Become a Food vendor sponsor and save $150.00 on the Regular Entry Fee by providing a catering platter or samples of your food to serve at least 75 people for the VIP tent (Example: Popcorn Vendor could provide 75 sample small bags of popcorn.) On your application, please list what type of sample food you will be providing.
